The Red Fittonia is a stunning nerve plant with deep red veins streaking across its green leaves. It’s a compact plant that loves humidity, so it’s perfect for terrariums and glass jars. It also does well as a small houseplant if you keep its soil consistently moist and give it bright, indirect light.
Why choose this red fittonia?
– Eye‑catching colour: The rich red veins create a mosaic pattern that stands out among other fittonia plants.
– Terrarium‑friendly: This red nerve plant thrives in the warm, moist conditions of a terrarium.
– Good houseplant: Its small size makes it a great addition to a desk or windowsill, and it tolerates lower light.
– Easy care: Keep the soil evenly moist (not soggy) and avoid direct sun.
– Pot size: Supplied in an 8.5 cm nursery pot (decorative pot not included).
If you’re searching for a red fittonia plant for sale, this variety is a colourful choice. Each plant is unique, so the patterns and colours may vary slightly from the photos.

Gifting a terrarium with live plants
As plants need water and light to thrive they'll need to be looked after. Once you receive your parcel, simply place the plants in indirect light and water them when the soil becomes dry. The plants can be wrapped before being gifted. As long as the plants are properly cared for, the terrarium can be made at any convenient time.
