This plant is in great condition and really well packed. Just a pity I mistakingly ordered a single plant. I will definately now order the 5 plants I had originally intended.
Bought these for tackling a few difficult tasks in my Terrarium. Already have a pair of 24" long tweezers/scissors/pliers multitools (from my tropical fishkeeping days) & use theses in my Carbuoy Terrarium (when the new scissors won't reach)
I was given one of these and absolutely love it so didn't hesitate to give one to a friend rather than ubiquitous flowers with limited enjoyment time. Everything is included and the completed effect is fabulous! Very well received

Ideal for my needs and bought to use some additional plants I had left over from another terrarium I had made. Contact with the team was quick and helpful as I had to return the first jar I'd ordered as it was a little big.

My second globe terrarium from Tropical Glass, (and I have another arriving today!) This one took me a while to complete as I needed a quiet weekend to perfect the sandy beach.

My terrarium was looking sad (my fault!) after 2 years of joy so I needed to refurb it- the original kit was from TG so I visited the website and found this which was exactly what I needed. I managed to recycle the original gravel to top other plants - I much prefer this mix of plants and it looks fab- thank you!

Ordered in a panic/rush on Thursday, paying for a Monday slot, but the terrarium was with me on the Saturday (2 days before I was expecting) !! Totally awesome, and the gift was loved !!! The terrarium itself is beautiful, well put together, and thriving. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails and chat messages requesting to purchase the LED cork light as an add-on (it was out of stock at the time of my order, though I proceeded anyway as it was a birthday gift), as it’s signficantly cheaper as an add-on than buying separately. However, I’ve had no response at all. The phone number provided doesn’t work either, so it has been impossible to reach anyone.
Overall, while I love the product, the lack of customer support has left a bitter taste and taken away from what could have been a perfect experience.
