I bought this as a Christmas present. Everything was very well packed with no issues. It was also delivered on my requested delivery date so I didn’t have to store it for too long.
Kit was delivered Christmas Eve as promised, well packaged and even an upgrade due to the one ordered not being available. Recipient loved putting it, everything needed was there and they found the YouTube video helpful as well. Great quality and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The item was well packed and delivered on time. The contents were well packaged and itemized perfectly. Once assembled it looks so lovely and will definitely be center stage in our house for many years to come. We opted for the light Lid and it is such a great idea highlighting our new indoor garden. I got this as a gift for my husand and the terrarium looks amazing and my husband stares at it like it's a fish tank - he's mesmorised. It was lovely that it came witha very comprehensive how to video and loads of FAQs on the website too. We didnt know that closed terrariums needed a loose cork so that mould didnt grow - took us 2 minutes to find the answer on the website. The only thing I would say is that my husband didn't use all of the tools in the XL kit, especially the tiny scooper (he just used his hands instead). Here's hoping the plants live well - the soil was still lovely and damp when it all arrived so I think they were well taken care of!
Absolutely gorgeous, love it so much. The packaging of the plants was excellent as contents remained wrapped for a week as it was a gift. Highly recommend and we will no doubt be back for another one!
Bought the kokedama kits as christmas gifts for friends and my mother and they were all so pleased with this unique gift. Can't wait to see their creations. Everything was packed well and delivery was quick. Will definitely buy more products in future.

A beautiful kit, with everything you need. The instructions are very clear and you can watch them as a video or read them. Plant arrived in really beautiful condition, and it was all very carefully and well packed. I opted for the LED lid which I really like, especially over the darker winter months. I bought this as a kit as a treat to myself, but it would also be a beautiful gift.
