Since bringing it home it has thrived and the plants are looking healthy and vibrant. They recovered from the difficult journey for them very quickly. I am very pleased with my Terrarium.

Very informative, very attentive, very knowledgeable. We attended as friends and both made a terrarium (the cheapest one). We had intended to upgrade but this wasn't an option on the day; that said, the size was perfect. We had plenty of plants and enjoyed doing some swaps with our classmates. I would highly recommend this as a gift experience.

Recently attended a terrarium workshop with a friend for her birthday gift. The workshop was great, it was informative and taught you the basics of terrariums including the history of them and obviously the making and aftercare. It was a very relaxing experience, time was given to ask questions and we definitely had fun. We came away with a lovely terrarium each, with the confidence to make more terrariums in the future (I am hooked!) I would definitely recommend this experience.

The Terrarium Workshop with Tropical Glass was so much fun! I was gifted the workshop as a Christmas present, and it was one of the best presents I’ve ever received! The workshop covered the history of terrariums, the theory of why the different layers of soil help the terrarium self-sustain, and loads of time and great resources for building a terrarium that looks just like you want it to. I was so pleased with the piece at the end, and so glad I did the workshop rather than just getting a DIY kit - it was fun to have the extra info and to be able to make up the terrarium with other people who were all experimenting and having fun as well, overseen by an expert who really knew what she was doing and could help us judge whether what we’d produced would work or not. The workshop was amazing! Katie, our teacher, was lovely and explained everything very well and guided us throughout the process. We all left with amazing creations! I'll be back for more workshops for sure!

Everyone was very lovely and the studio is big with natural light. Really enjoyed this workshop! Really appreciated the bag they give us at the end to bring the terrarium back home as well as the bottle of water to drink whilst there. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the terrarium workshop. Isaac was a great instructor; friendly, approachable and experienced. I am really glad he told us how to stabilise the bonsai, otherwise it may have tipped over in the tube (it is good and stable now). Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it. Such a fun class! Very helpful instructor and highly recommend. The only recommendation I would give is to have the same plants available on all tables. Our table didn't have one plant that other tables had, but other than that it was a fun class.

Loved this class! Isaac was a fantastic teacher, the class was so well run from the intro and history of terrariums to the building itself and even the care instructions afterwards. There were optional extras e.g. figurines, quartz and lights but these were not pushed or forced on you at all and we loved choosing rocks and figures for our terrariums. Highly recommend!

Honestly it was brilliant. Nice setting with a cafe on the corner that was also excellent which always helps. Class started off with some understanding of terrariums and then it was straight into building. The trainer was friendly and patient which is always great and broke it down into steps to make it easier to follow. The "ingredients" were plentiful so no scrimping on anything you wanted plus the option to pay a little more for cute figurines or quartz crystals for inside. Had a lovely time and would definitely recommend. I brought my own mini gravestones to make a spooky cemetery one.

Attended the workshop and had a great time, set in a nice studio a short walk from Turnpike Lane Underground. Katie explained everything really clearly, there was a relaxed atmosphere and everything was provided. So pleased with my terrarium. We did a workshop with Katie, and loved it! She gave us really interesting information on the history of terrariums, then we had a great couple of hours making our own, with lots of handy tips and all the equipment we needed.
