Medium Cork Bark Tube – Duo Mix

Natural Portuguese cork bark tubes in a mixed two-piece set, ideal for adding varied height, structure and depth to terrariums, vivariums, bioactive enclosures and natural displays.

Each Duo Mix includes two Medium cork bark tubes in different approximate lengths:

• 1 x 20-40cm cork bark tube
• 1 x 40-60cm cork bark tube

With an external diameter of approximately 8-12cm, the mix gives you two different-sized pieces to work with when creating hides, tunnels, climbing areas and layered hardscape layouts.

It is a simple option if you want more variety in your enclosure without choosing individual lengths separately.

Some pieces may be fully enclosed tubes, while others may be naturally open or irregular. Natural cracks, uneven edges, small loose particles and variations in surface texture are normal characteristics of cork bark and are not defects.

What do I receive in the Medium Duo Mix?
You will receive two Medium cork bark tubes: one approximately 20-40cm long and one approximately 40-60cm long. Both have an external diameter of approximately 8-12cm.

Will my cork bark look exactly like the photographs?
No. Cork bark is a natural product, so every piece will vary in shape, colour, texture and dimensions.

Is the cork treated before use?
Yes. Our Portuguese cork bark is heat-treated by the supplier to help eliminate pests before dispatch. As cork is a natural material, some loose debris, dust, natural markings or surface variation may still be present. For use in terrariums or vivariums, we recommend brushing off any loose material and rinsing with clean water if required before use.

What size hide does my reptile need?
This depends on the species and life stage of your animal. As a general guide, Medium tubes can be suitable for adult leopard geckos, corn snakes, crested geckos and similarly sized reptiles. Always check your enclosure's internal dimensions and your animal's requirements before ordering.

What's the difference between the Duo Mix and individual Medium cork tubes?
Individual tubes let you choose a preferred approximate length. The Duo Mix includes one tube from each of our two shorter Medium length ranges, 20-40cm and 40-60cm, giving you two different-sized pieces in one set.
