As plants need water and light to thrive they'll need to be looked after. Once you receive your parcel, simply place the plants in indirect light and water them when the soil becomes dry. The plants can be wrapped before being gifted. As long as the plants are properly cared for, the terrarium can be made at any convenient time.

Lovely terrarium, but poor customer service

The terrarium itself is beautiful, well put together, and thriving. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails and chat messages requesting to purchase the LED cork light as an add-on (it was out of stock at the time of my order, though I proceeded anyway as it was a birthday gift), as it’s signficantly cheaper as an add-on than buying separately. However, I’ve had no response at all. The phone number provided doesn’t work either, so it has been impossible to reach anyone.

Overall, while I love the product, the lack of customer support has left a bitter taste and taken away from what could have been a perfect experience.

Very healthy plants, thriving after 6 months.

Incredibly gift idea

I got this for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift and he loved it. So much fun creating the terrarium together, everything you need is provided and we didn't run out of anything. It looks fantastic and we are so happy with it, you really get to personalise the design with the different moss and stones provided.
