I enjoyed the planting up of the planting up and setting up of the terrarium, the QR link to the video shows step by step how to put it together correctly and it it was extremely clear

I got this for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift and he loved it. So much fun creating the terrarium together, everything you need is provided and we didn't run out of anything. It looks fantastic and we are so happy with it, you really get to personalise the design with the different moss and stones provided.

The terrarium and plants were great. Really enjoyed planting it up / designing the layout with my partner on a rainy afternoon.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Everything was provided and packaged well, the instructions were very clear. I helped him build the terrarium and we had such a fun afternoon doing so! I opted for the one with lighting which when turned on made the terrarium look so good! Tempted to buy one more for myself!

Got this as a Christmas present for my dad not a bad word to say about it fast delivery very well packed all top quality stuff in the box .I helped my dad build it we both had great fun doing so and it now looks great sitting on his desk in the sitting room 🙂

Couldn’t be happier. The terrarium arrived safely packed, prompt and with the tools and instructions needed. In the space of 20 minutes I had built a beautifully compact mini biosphere which has drawn plenty of compliments. It’ll suit my small flat perfectly. I’ll no longer miss having a garden when ai have a collection of mini landscapes to make me smile 😊

The terrarium itself is beautiful, well put together, and thriving. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails and chat messages requesting to purchase the LED cork light as an add-on (it was out of stock at the time of my order, though I proceeded anyway as it was a birthday gift), as it’s signficantly cheaper as an add-on than buying separately. However, I’ve had no response at all. The phone number provided doesn’t work either, so it has been impossible to reach anyone.

Overall, while I love the product, the lack of customer support has left a bitter taste and taken away from what could have been a perfect experience.

Very healthy plants, thriving after 6 months.

Brilliant turnaround for delivery, plants arrived in excellent condition, very safely packaged and the hand written note was a very nice, personal touch. Bought as a gift for my husband who was over the moon with it. Will 100% be ordering another soon.

Brought this for my son’s birthday. I was worried about ordering a glass item by mail. It arrived very quickly and was very well packed so everything was intact. The glass jar was lovely and all of the individual parts were very nicely packaged and very good quality. The plants were exactly as described and looked very healthy. Quantities of everything were perfect for the jar. The instructions were very clear and detailed. My son had fun planting it up and was very happy with it. I would recommend this company and like the terrarium so much I may buy myself one.
